Background and Age
Val Edward Kilmer was born on December 31, 1959, in Los Angeles, California. The child of an aviation gear wholesaler and land engineer, Kilmer started acting in high school with companion Kevin Spacey. He later went to the Hollywood Professional School and the Juilliard School in New York City, where he was the most youthful student to be accepted to the drama division.

Val Kilmer's romantic undertakings off-screen have kept the media on watch, and have included relationships with stars like Cher, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Cindy Crawford. Kilmer married actress Joanne Whalley, whom he met on the set arrangement of Willow, in 1988. The couple separated in 1996 and have two children, Mercedes and Jack.
Career and Net Worth
Subsequent to performing in front of an audience in New York, in 1984, Val Kilmer got his film debut in the government operative farce Top Secret!.
