Background and Age

Nija Charles was born on October 20, 1997 in Union, NJ. Her father's name is Pookie and her mom's name is Tracy Charles. She has a more youthful sister named Zoe. Her mom is a dancer and her father is a DJ. She started playing musical instruments since her initial youth. Nija built up her enthusiasm for music as a youngster growing up watching her uncle and auntie investigate the production software Fruity Loops. This interest before long developed into a full blown passion that filled her life.

She went to Kawameeh Middle School and afterward she attended Union High School. She was a team cheerleader during her high school days and graduated with honors. From that point onward, she went to New York University's Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music and practiced her production and songwriting aptitudes. While this was initially only a system so as to promote her production, her tunes immediately got extraordinary gathering and spread rapidly to a couple of prominent music producers and A&R's. Not long after her first semester of sophomore year, Nija met her prospective administrator who acquainted her with industry vet and senior A&R for RCA Records, J. Stupendous. Career and Net Worth

Nina landed in Glendale, California after she dropped out of her school. She got the chance to work with J Grand, the A&R official from RCA with the assistance of the supervisor, Christian McCurdy. She signed a deal with Universal Music Publishing Group in November 2017 and worked on three melodies of Meek Mill's collection Champions which came to at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Additionally, she teamed up with artists like Daniel Skye, Tone Stith, The Carters, Lecrae, Lyrica Anderson, Christian Lalama, Kid Ink.

Nija Charles has worked on the album collections of Cardi B, Beyoncé, Jay Z, Meek Mill. She was a key member in creating 21 Savage's collection I Am > I Was.

In December 2019, it was announced that Nija made the Forbes 30 Under 30 – Music list.
