Background and Age

Tierra Helena Whack was born on August 11, 1995 in Philadelphia, PA. Her mom was a single parent who raised Tierra alongside her two more youthful sisters. In one of the interviews she participated in when she was rising in the charts, Tierra referenced the sour relationship between her and her father. She went to The Arts Academy for her education.

Tierra started to get an itch for music at school and performed in different school events. Whack started writing verse as a kid. She started rapping as an adolescent, at first passing by the name Dizzle Dizz. In addition, she has contended in freestyle battles. In 2011, she appeared on a video produced by Philadelphia's underground music program, 'We Run the Streets.' Whack's performances on We Run the Streets earned her a crowd of fans, and she started discharging melodies on the web and performing around Philadelphia.
