Yvonne Jaqueline Strzechowski was bornon July 30, 1982 in Werrington Downs, Australia. She was born to Polish migrants Piotr Strzechowski, an electronic specialist and Bożena, a research center professional. Yvonne demonstrated enthusiasm for acting as a young lady and by the age of 12, she had started to take acting exercises. Going to high school at Santa Sabina College, Yvonne once filled the role of Viola in a school production of Twelfth Night. In spite of her inclusion with acting, Yvonne remained an exceptional scholastic understudy; she was a straight-A student.

Yvonne Strahovski us married to actor and producer Tim Loden. Strahovski and Loden's relationship goes back to 2009. The next year, Loden got his first huge break with an appearance on his better half's hit show, Chuck. Yvonne Strahovski made her acting debut presentation in a little part in the TV series Double the Fist. After which she assumed the repeat role of Freya Lewis in Headland.
