MacKenzie Bezos is known as an American novelist and philanthropist. She is most famous for being the ex-wife of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and for being the executive director and founder of the anti-bullying organization Bystander Revolution.

MacKenzie Bezos was born on April 7, 1970, in San Francisco, California. She is the daughter of a financial advisor, Ted Jorgensen and housewife, Jacqueline Gise. For her education, MacKenzie went to Hotchkiss School in Connecticut in 1988. Afterward, she finished her graduation in English at Princeton University with the highest honors and distinctions in 1992.

MacKenzie was once a married lady. She got married to the founder of Amazon.com, Jeff Bezos. The couple initially met in at the New York City stock investment organization, DE Shaw.
