Jamie Foxx

Jamie Foxx is known as an American singer, comedian and actor. He is most famous for his hit albums, comedy specials, and films like Ray and Django Unchained.

Background

Eric Morlon Bishop was born on December 13, 1967, in Terrell, Texas. After his folks' marriage broke down, Foxx was adopted by his maternal grandparents when he was not even a year old. He delighted in games and music as a kid and went to Terrell High School in the place where he grew up. In the wake of accepting a grant, Foxx enrolled at the U.S. Global University in San Diego where he studied music. It was during school that he was urged by companions to take a chance at the open mic one night at a comedy club, and his career in the arts started.

Marriage, Wife, and Kids

Foxx is the father of two daughters. He got engaged with actress Katie Holmes at some point after her split from Tom Cruise in 2012, however, they stayed tight-lipped about their relationship for a long time. In 2018, a lady blamed the actor for assaulting her after she wouldn't have sex with him in 2002. Foxx called the claims ridiculous and said he would pursue legal claims against her.

In August 2019, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have threw in the towel on their relationship following six years together. Acting and Singing Career

After leaving school, Foxx moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in satire. In 1991 he was enlisted as a standard cast member on the Fox sketch comedy presentation In Living Color. Foxx left In Living Color in 1994, however in 1996 he came back to TV with The Jamie Foxx Show, playing a battling Los Angeles actor who lives in an inn claimed by his auntie and uncle.In 2006, Foxx released a hit album collection, Unpredictable. The chronicle arrived at the highest point of the pop, R&B and hip-jump charts, driven by the title track single, "DJ Play a Love Song,"

In late 2012 Foxx burst back onto the big screen with a main role in Quentin Tarantino's western Django Unchained. He featured as Django, a liberated slave who collaborates with an abundance tracker, Christoph Waltz to find his significant other, Kerry Washington and go head to head against the ranch proprietor, Leonardo DiCaprio who has her hostage.
