Carrie Underwood married pro hockey player Mike Fisher on July 10, 2010. In September 2014, the couple reported they were expecting their first baby together. Their child, Isaiah Michael Fisher, was born on February 27, 2015. Underwood reported his birth to her fan base through Twitter.

On August 8, 2018, Underwood confirmed that she was anticipating her second kid with Fisher. Her husband and first born were completely euphoric and eager to add another fish to their lake. Their second child Jacob Bryan was born on January 21, 2019.
