Andrew Mark Cuomo was born on December 6, 1957 in New York, New York. He was born as the second offspring of Mario Cuomo and Matilda Raffa Cuomo. His grandparents Andrea and Immaculato Cuomo emigrated from Salerno, Italy to South Jamaica, Queens during the 1920s.
