Kenya Moore is known as an American actress, television personality, and entrepreneur. She is most famous for appearing in The Real Housewives of Atlanta and The Celebrity Apprentice.

Background

Kenya Summer Moore–Daly was born on January 24, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan. She was born to Ronald Grant and Patricia Moore. Her folks were teens at the time she was born and her mom, Patricia left her to be raised by her grandma, Doris Grant. Kenya is closer to her father but missing from her life for a number of years. Kenya said as a child she longed for her mom's adoration but her mom would constantly neglect her.

Kenya's grandma urged Kenya to be as well as could be and not let the awful conditions that covered her introduction to the world discourage her. Kenya alludes to Doris as her motivation and has been cited saying that she owes quite a bit of her accomplishments to her grandma. Kenya Moore started modeling at the early age of 14, while she was a student of Cass Technical High School, Detroit. Kenya Moore then studied Psychology at Wayne State University.

Husband and Children

Kenya was once married to a restaurant proprietor, Marc Daly. The couple got married secretively in June 2017 on a sentimental sea shore setting at St. Lucia and were joined by just family and dear companions. Before her union with Marc Daly, Kenya dated a man named Matt Jordan. Her relationship with Matt was loaded up with drama and savage upheavals from Matt who blamed Kenya for betrayal. Things got so awful that Kenya needed to petition for a restraining order against Matt.

She had a child with Marc Daly but they ended up getting a divorce in 2019.

Modeling and Hollywood Career

Kenya Moore has blessed to appear as the cover model of magazines like Essence, Ebony, Glamor, and Seventeen. In 1993, Kenya Moore turned into the second African American lady to win the Miss USA Beauty Pageant after Carole Anne-Marie Gist had won it in 1990. Kenya also won the Miss Michigan USA and came fourth in the Miss Universe Pageant. Kenya's pageantry achievements brought her prominence and opened entryways for her in Hollywood.
