Rob Zombie is known as an American musician and filmmaker. He is most famous for his heavy metal band White Zombie and films like the Devil’s Rejects and Halloween.

Rob Zombie was born on January 12, 1965 in Haverhill, Massachusetts. He is the child of Robert and Louise Cummings. He has a more youthful sibling Michael David Cummings who is the lead singer of the band Powerman 5000. His folks worked in a carnival, yet they left when an uproar broke out and the tents were set on fire. Rob graduated from Haverhill High School in the year 1983. After high school, he moved to New York City and started going to Parsons School of Designs.

Rob Zombie has been a happily married man to Sheri Moon Zombie who is an American actress and style designer. They married in October 2002 following 9 years of a loving relationship. They previously started dating in the year 1992. The couple doesn't have any children yet.

Before Sheri Moon, he was in a relationship with Sean Yseult who is an American singer known for her rock music. They met each other in Parsons School of Design. They dated for a couple of years and broke their relationship in 1991.

Career and Net Worth

Rob Zombie is the establishing member of the heavy metal band White Zombie. He had a hit melody titled Hands of Death with Alice Cooper. Their tune proceeded to get a nomination for Best Metal Performance at the 39th Annual Grammy Awards. In the year 1997, he started working on his independent collection Hellbilly Deluxe. It was released in August 1998. The collection Hellbilly Deluxe proceeded to sell more than 3,000,000 duplicate copies around the world. He released a remix collection, American Made Music to Strip By.

He directed the blood and gore horror movie House of 1000 Corpses in the year 2000. In the year 2001, his second album collection The Sinister Urge turned out to be his second platinum album collection in the US. His other notable album collections are Educated Horses, Hellbilly Deluxe 2, and The Lord of Salem.

Rob directed Halloween in the year 2007 which was the remake of the 1978 classic horror film of the same name. In the year 2009, he directed Halloween II and he released the World of EI Superbeasto the same year.

In September 2019, Rob Zombie made his first appearance on the popular podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience where he spoke about his filmmaking process and behind the scenes tales as a rock star.
