Jordan Nathaniel Marcel Knight was born on May 17, 1970. Growing up, the talented musician was known for his shockingly high pitched falsetto voice.

Marriage and Family 

Jordan got married to Evelyn Melendez in 2004 and has two children with her. Jordan was known for dating a lot of ladies before meeting Evelyn. In 1992, he was dating a model named Jessica Huntington. He also dated Shanna Moakler in 1996. Jordan split up with his significant other, Evelyn, while he was dating Shanna and afterward got back together with Evelyn in 1997.

Career and Songs

During the first two years of being in a boy band called New Kids on the Block, Jordan failed to find success. They released some singles but failed to hit the Billboard charts. The single Hang Tough sold more than 80 million duplicates worldwide and was their first success. From that point forward, their band appeared to be relentless with their momentum. A lot more singles followed also that appeared to have the same popularity as Hang Tough. The names of their hits were "You Got It (The Right Stuff)", "Step by Step" and "I'll Be Loving You (Forever)". Their hit singles were tunes that youngsters around the globe worshiped.

Jordan Knight composed many melodies for the band. One of those was "My Favorite Girl" which he is still proud of. The band went on tour for an entire decade before they disbanded. In the 90's that the band sold more than 70 million albums collections in the United States and Europe.

In 1994, the band split up and Jordan Knight chose to make his own way in the singing business. Jordan Knight prospered as an independent artist during this time. A large number of his tunes arrived at high spots in the Billboard charts and he even released his own album collection called Jordan Knight. His collection turned out to be very well known and won an honor for the Best Male Pop Album of the year.

Besides his music career, he likewise made a few endeavors as an actor and a show host. He was an appointed judge on the American Idol turn off, American Juniors and on the show Hit Me Baby One More Time in 2005. He joined the reality television series called The Surreal Life which aired on VH1.
