Early Life

Gary Hooper was born on January 25, 1988 in Harlow, Essex, England. He is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for Sheffield Wednesday. Hooper began his career at Southend United, where he made his professional debut in 2006. He then moved to Scunthorpe United in 2007, where he scored an impressive 53 goals in 111 appearances.

Career

In 2010, Hooper signed for Celtic, where he went on to become one of the most prolific strikers in the Scottish Premier League. He scored 82 goals in 138 appearances for the club, helping them to three consecutive league titles. He also won the Scottish Cup and the League Cup twice during his time at Celtic.
