Carissa Kainani Moore is a competitive surfer from the United States who has won the WSL Women's World Tour in 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2019. Glamour magazine named her one of their Women of the Year in 2013. In 2014, she was inducted into the Surfers' Hall of Fame.

At the age of 11, she began winning many NSSA junior surf contests. She also took first place at the ISA World Junior Surfing Championships, where she was part of the Hawaii squad that won the event. She won a total of 11 NSSA amateur titles, and at the age of 16, she became the youngest Triple Crown of Surfing champion when she won the Reef Hawaiian Pro in 2008.

Carissa met her better half, Luke Untermann when they were high school students. Luke Untermann, a co-founder of Banan, is her husband. The couple tied the knot on December 16, 2017. Banan is most known for its frozen sweets created with unique Hawaiian bananas.
