Early Life

Tamar Sam-Ashong was born in Accra, Ghana in 1985. She was raised in a family of seven, with her parents and four siblings. Her father was a successful businessman and her mother was a homemaker. From a young age, Tamar was exposed to the importance of education and hard work. She was an excellent student and was always eager to learn new things.

Education

Tamar attended the University of Ghana, Legon, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and French. She then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of London. During her studies, she was exposed to a variety of cultures and ideas, which helped shape her worldview.

Career

After completing her studies, Tamar began her career as a diplomat for the Ghanaian government. She was posted to various countries, including the United States, France, and the United Kingdom.
