Career and Net Worth
Subsequent to playing for different bands around the Los Angeles territory, Mars set an ad in a neighborhood paper to which Mötley Crüe originator/bassist Nikki Sixx and drummer Tommy Lee reacted to. Mars was hired on the spot. The band proceeded to include vocalist Vince Neil and proceeded to gig around Hollywood making a buzz with their absurd stage shows. Their shows included antics like Mars' spitting blood à la Gene Simmons-style and Sixx lighting himself ablaze.
In November 2019, Mötley Crüe authoritatively declared that they were getting back together after what should have been their last show on New Year's Eve in 2015. In a statement posted on the band's site, they said that because of the achievement of "The Dirt," the band biopic highlighting Machine Gun Kelly, they chose to give it another go. In 2014, the band signed a "cessation of touring agreement" and quit touring together. The band members Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, and Tommy Lee had been as one for a long time, but then segregated and quit conversing with one another. Alongside the announcement, the band released a video with details about the news.
